Blog Reflection

So after many weeks of writing the blog comes to an end. It has been an up and down battle finding the time to blog. Overall I enjoyed writing and having a blog. I like how I get to release all of how I am feeling and thinking without overwhelming a person. Instead I just get to explain how I feel. I think that the free write was fun and I really liked the assignment. Getting started at first was difficult because I had never had a blog in my life. I couldn't figure out how to post at first but eventually got the hang of it. I think my only complaint was it was so confusing at first and I didn't understand the directions. I had some computer problems at the very end so it was hard to blog the last few days. I like writing for 10 minutes, I wont keep my blog but I will write every so often in a notebook, especially when I am stressed or upset. I would suggest keeping this assignment because it doesn't just help me become a better writer but also my anxiety.

This evening!

So right now I am at a library typing frantically and doing research for all my assignments. There is just not enough time in the day to complete everything! Luckily we are almost done and I get to go out to dinner and a movie with a boyfriend and his parents. Double date with his parents will be fun. I want something yummy to eat! I'm just ready to be done already! But when I get done with summer school I will get a short break and back to it. I am so ready to have my degree so school is no longer my life. Well I am done blogging for now! Talk to y'all later!

Fast and the Furious 6!

So today is the first day I have been able to get my hand on a computer with working internet but i have been keeping blogs on paper so i can just go at it when i actually could type it all. I went to the movies yesterday and saw fast and the furious 6! My boyfriend has been dying to see it for so long so i finally said okay i will go with you because it came to the palace and we were over looking at the apartments over there. Which i fell in love with! Any way I have seen a few of the fast and furious movies but this one was so intense because a character that was thought to be dead really wasn't. It was sad when two other actors died though. I like how it's all about family and working as a team. I love watching racing movies and i have to say the best one of the series that i have seen!

Stupid Computers

So I haven't been able to blog the past few days because of my stupid computer breaking. I guess its not broken but it can't access internet so it might as well be! I called the tech help people and they said I needed to be at my house so I could get the router information! To top it off I could barely understand or hear the technician lady. So she had me type RUN into my computer program deal and try to do all this wierd stuff and still nothing! At the end of the conversation where she was unable to help me because i wasnt at my home router she said have you had it longer than a year and i said yes she said she would have to charge to fix it when i got home. She said she was more than welcome to call in two hours. Than after i got off the phone i thought i haven't had it for a year until September!! Oh gosh!! BAD DAY!

Relaxation!

So today I am not going to lie I have been lazy and relaxed all day. And now at 8 I have decided to act like an adult and do some homework. I went to Hannah's nail salon for a lovely pedicure! I got some pretty red/pink fingernail polish (shellac)! The shellac stays on so much longer which is nice because I can go a month to month and a half with the same color and it still looks fine! It starts bugging me when the cuticle and the nail polish are not by each other so I start peeling it off and than I decide to go get a new color. After my nail appointment I went to get a Swedish massage! I love massages to begin with. I have a ton of stress knots so I like when they can get rid of them! I than came home ate dinner and took a lovely nap. Now I am awake to do some homework! I felt like this day really helped me focus better! Until you balance the check book I guess:) lol

Dressing up!

So today my blog is about dressing up! Odd topic I bet your thinking but I love to dress up! My boyfriend thinks I'm crazy for dressing up just to go into town to run an errand and go straight home but he just doesn't get how good it makes me feel! I feel like getting dressed up helps my confidence! I love to wear heels and dresses and my feet can't handle heels for very long so the errand running helps me! I feel like all girls need to have a dress up day a week! It just makes you feel beautiful and confident to strut your stuff! So I wore a dress today and got all dressed up just to go to the bank and back home but oh well!:)

NIGHT NIGHT BLOG

So I have only 10 minutes to write what is on my mind. Right now it is how sleepy I am! I finally got my mom out of the hospital! YAY!!! I'm so glad she got to come home! Taking all of her stuff out of the hospital room took forever! I luckily had the boyfriend there to help me out! Well before she was discharged today I got to go floating! FINALLY! I only floated for like and hour and a half, not long at all! HMMMM....im sleepy! I have so much homework to do tomorrow! I don't know what to talk about. oh how much I need sleep!  I can't even capitalize anymore because of how tired I am! I have to do a English assignment tomorrow and my psy homework. Luckily I did one thing that deals with my psy homework but I have a few other things to do as well! Well it's time to sleep! I will be in blogger mode the next few days trying to get all my posts in! I can do it! NIGHT!!!

Favorite thing about summer

My favorite thing about summer is how the sun always shines so bright! It comes up so early and sets so late. I hate how in the winter especially, how the sun is barely ever out and clouds always cover it up! I just love being able to go outside and lay and try to relax. I haven't really had much time to do that this summer  though! All I do is work and do homework. When I do get free time  I try to enjoy that with friends and family. This summer I haven't been on one float trip! I'm supposed to go on one tomorrow but we will see if that happens. Life always ends up getting in the way of so much! Which drives me up a wall. I miss the good old days, like two years ago, where I could just go outside get a nice tan and work every once in the while. Well it was fun while it lasted I guess! I haven't even gotten in the swimming pool.. oh wait once. But It was dark outside so that doesn't even count. I'm so white! I need a nice dark tan! I feel like I need sunscreen when I walk out to protect me!

What I Like About Myself

So my blog this evening is what I like about myself. I got this idea from a fellow classmate and thought, man I really like that idea! So here goes nothing! I really like my mouth, odd I know but let me tell you why. I always great people with a smile. I smile even if I'm sad, upset, angry or just being a normal girl. I feel like my smile brightens up a room. Shinning my pearly white might make someone's day better is how I see it. I also like how I speak with my mouth. I can talk non-stop about absolutely nothing,  I bet you can tell with all of my other blog posts! I am such a communicator, I have thought about majoring in communication as well. I feel like if everyone just took a few minutes and talked to someone they didn't know it could really make a difference in someone's life. I think often times we as humans are always on the go and always think about ourselves that we forget to do small gestures for people. We all need to slow our role and communicate! I think that is nice to think about  something we like about ourselves and write about it! I am done for the night! YES!

Hospitals

So I have just gotten off work from the hospital and now I am back sitting with my mom! It has been a rough few days because I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Her hand isn't getting any better, it's getting worse. I am going to stay at the hospital tonight and than work tomorrow. Mom has a nice few because there is a cool firework show going off to the right of us! My back is killing me! I think I need someone to bring me a new back! If only that was possible! I hope this pull out couch doesn't kill my back! I have a feeling it will though! I am so tired and I have homework to do before I can go to sleep! I need sleep badly though!! hmmm I don't know what else to talk about!!! Oh boy I really got a lot to do and not a lot of time!! erg the real world sucks!!

What pops in your head when you listen to music?

So I thought this might be a fun blog idea. So I am listening to music for 10 minutes for a free write. Right now I'm listening to on your side of the bed. It's a sad song. It makes me like a divorce is about to occur. And a couple doesn't know how they got to where they won't cuddle or even talk. It's sad because they are both lonely and all they have are memories. It makes me wonder about an affair that might have taken place. The next one that just came on is Luke Bryan's  Crash My Party! I think this is such a fun romantic song! It's so sweet all about true love I think. I really like country music all about romance and love! I am such a girl! If a guy will leave his friends from a bar and go see a girl he really likes her (loves her). Call me Call me :) those words are so sweet cause he would drop anything to go see her. I feel like guys need to all be country singers..... just so they can get some cute romantic ideas! :) Next is a little bit stronger by Sara Evans. I used to cry my eyes out to this song! Don't you hate when an ex used to sing you a song and than it pops on and BAM all of sudden you have tears rolling down your face! If not your lucky! I feel like I connect songs with people and certain memories! I surly am not the only one who does that!

4th Of July

So my 4th of July was not how I thought it would turn out by any means. I spent it in the emergency room with my mom! She ended up getting an infection in her arm and  were not sure how. She is admitted now for it. After I took my mom to the er and got her settled into her room I ended up heading home ate dinner watched a few fireworks and headed back up to Cox today. Talk about a long busy 4th! I missed our parade in town, which I'm kinda bummed about but that's alright as long as my mom is ok! It was pretty nice weather yesterday! It wasn't to hot or to cold until later on at night it started raining. I was discussing with my best friend the other day about how we always remember what we do on the 4th for some reason! The Christmas's and Thanksgivings all blend together but the 4th of July stands out to us! I'm hoping that next 4th is a little better and no er visits but I'm just glad she's alright!
